By accessing and using the SaveOnCar platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SaveOnCar acts as an automated negotiation agent on your behalf to secure competitive Out-The-Door (OTD) pricing for new and used vehicles from authorized dealerships. We contact dealers, collect quotes, and relay offers and updates to you so you can decide how to proceed.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it or interfere with its operation.
By providing your mobile number and explicitly opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS and/or WhatsApp messages from SaveOnCar. These messages include updates about your vehicle negotiations, dealer offers, and delivery logistics. You can opt in at saveoncar.us/messaging.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By submitting a deal, you authorize SaveOnCar to contact dealers and negotiate pricing on your behalf using the preferences you provide. SaveOnCar does not take title to vehicles, is not a dealer or broker of record, and any purchase contract is solely between you and the dealer. You are never obligated to accept any offer.
Some features are offered under paid plans. Fees, billing intervals, and what each plan includes are shown at the point of purchase. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel your subscription from your account. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, to impersonate others, to violate any party's rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
SaveOnCar makes no guarantee that a dealership will accept a specific price target or that any particular vehicle will be available. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveOnCar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
